You proved nothing here. I've posted this before. 25 percent OR LESSER if the commission approves a lesser amount. Manny Pacquiao wanted MORE of a penalty than 25 percent of Mayweather's purse.

And the Commission has to aprove it because they get half either way. You don't think they are gonna aprove a higher penalty that they would get half of in the unlikely event that Floyd come in overweight???

Wrong nobody hates drug testing we just don't feel that one ***ing boxer should be intitled to make up special rules for his boxing matches whenever he feels like it. If the boxing commissions make it a rule nobody is gonna complain including Manny himself.

More like a week because the last week if everything is on target the fighter is tapering down. Boxing ain't an exact science a lot of fighters peak early therefore have to slow down more than a week before the fight. PEDs would be crazy during the last 2 weeks. Most accept that and that is why Floyd is the one who is in dire need of an excuse for going on vacation.

When someone asks that question, it means they are too ****** to go find the answer. This was johncods, right? Tell him the reason why Manny doesn't want to be tested within the two weeks is because:

"But you can re-infuse your own red blood cells. And if you are shown how to re-infuse your red blood cells, they can't detect that."

Notice how Manny doesn't mind the urine testing? He does not want any changes in his blood to show. And that applies to any blood related PED, not just EPO.
