If dawson went toe-to-toe against Johnson he would have been ko'd.

So please understand styles make fights.

Going toe-to-toe against Johnson is obviously going to be a tough task for any man. A boxer is obviously going to look better against Johnson moving side to side, pot-shotting, and staying away.

This is why it's silly to say "oh well dawson beat Johnson easier than Cloud" when that means nothing because they have two opposite styles. People always say styles make fights but rarely people actually understand what that means.

if dawson has more pure boxing skills, why da hell should he trade with anybody, thats why u learn skills to use them, if he stands toe-to-toe to prove a point and put himself in danger thats not very smart.

and im preety sure everybody knows when it comes to boxing skills, defense, footwork, head movement, jabs, ring generalship dawson will make cloud look silly.

he is so young and couldnt beat glen in convincing fashion, that makes dawson smile, thats a ****inn shame a 20-somthing year old power puncher fights a 41 yr old and most people thought it was a draw

no where did I say dawson should have fought toe-to-toe, that would be idiotic.

the point was that cloud did, so of course dawson is going to look better/win easier (in the second fight) BOXING johnson versus someone who fights Johnson toe-to-toe.

My man Bad Chad fought Adamek for chri$t sake. He packs way mroe of a punch than Cloud or anyone else at LHW at this time. U failed Cloud, better hope Bute dont fight Chad next or ull be the one fighting Diaconu or some other bum.

Maybe Cloud beating up Dawson in the amateurs has somethin to do with it. Sorta like Bowe's reluctance to fight Lewis cuz he had bad memories.

Dawson-Cloud is the more logical fight since both guys are fighting on dates closer together. I'll bet if Dawson fought Cloud right after the match up with Pascal we'll have to wait for the fight to happen in May or something. So Dawson's fans want him to keep being inactive like he has been? Why can't Dawson fight Cloud and then Bute? It's because he's not 100% confident he can beat Cloud.
