That fight was dissappointing and embarassing, especially since I told ppl to watch the fight because I thought Alexander was the next big thing. I bought into the hype. As a fan of Alexander, I thought he lost that fight and got a gift decision. He landed nothing of significance like you said. If you look at his facial expression right before buffer gave the results, he looked like he thought he lost. He also looked relieved by the gift decision. He knows he didn't win. I

geezus relax it's one fight for a young champ if he can learn from this then you still have a reason to be hyped

I started to say that I hope he learns from this and that it was an off night, but walked away from my computer, came back and hit reply button. I think you're right though.

The cut didn't appear to bother him.

In my opinion, Kotelniks jabs and right hands are what hindered his performance.

"eating jab and rights all night hindered his performance"

                -Left Hook Tua

Just to add to this outstandingly true quote, lets not forget about the left hooks that were cutting off Devon's ecape path all night long...True some missed, but not many!

So it really was the left hook? I thought it was that too but I just took their word for it when they said it was a headbutt that caused it.

devon is still a good fighter and will do well in the 140 division but hes not ring clever,he cant think his way around a fight,he done the same **** all night long even though he landed all his punches on kotlenik gloves,he needs to learn and move on from this or give kotelnik a rematch, right now bradley schools him,too clever for him at the moment
