Same decision, pretty much the same situation and in both fights they gave the more active fighters the decision.
Pacquiao came out of the fight like he got ran over by a train and still won against the inactive Clottey who had the more effective shots and nobody cried robbery. People are going to argue Kotelnik was more active than Clottey against Pacquiao, but again he was the more inactive fighter. I had the fight 7-5 for Alexander.
On a side note, did anyone notice how strangely Alexander was acting in the post fight interview? Was he always like that? I don't remember him rolling his eyes or slurring his speech to that extent before, maybe he was just dead tired.
