If no fighter in the welterweight division wants to fight a guy with a 10 inch reach advantage then he needs to move up and fight someone his size or he can shut the *** up and just live off the scraps. If Paul Williams brought in the same money that Floyd did, Paul could fight whoever he wanted.

Floyd Mayweather hasn't always generated top dollars like he does now. It wasn't until the De La Hoya fight that Floyd became a "star" so to speak.

Paul Williams is trying to put himself in that position like Mayweather did. De La Hoya gave Mayweather the break he was looking for. Paul Williams is looking for that same break against Pac or Floyd, but they're both shy when it comes to P Will.
