Vitali was greatly humiliated by Byrd and thats why Byrd had to fight the sisters 3 times and why Peter is fighting them 3 times. The sisters are a bunch of sensitive little babies who would do 2 on 1 handicap matches if they could.

There battles are won during the contract negotiations. Im glad people are finally catching on.

Having injured my shoulder in a similar fashion as Vitali, I don't blame him at all for stopping. Carrying on could have ruined his career.

Sam Peter quit on his stool against Vitali. Lamon Brewster quit on his stool against Wlad. And neither one of them even had an injury. Yet I have heard very little about these supreme acts of cowardice, as they are portrayed when the Vitali instance is talked about.

This just goes to show that there is a double-standard with the Klitschkos when it comes to their detractors. The fact is, Vitali has never been behind in a fight, even the two he has "lost." The man barely loses rounds, much less fights.

Chris Byrd got knocked out by a light heavyweight 2 fights ago, Vitali, because he didn't fight injured, is still fighting. Chris Byrd on the other hand is completely shot because he took punches from heavyweights for so long.

You can say what you want, bad decision or not, Vitali is still fighting, Chris Byrd is not.

It's only a matter of time in every single David Haye thread before someone makes excuses about slave contracts, and like I said, where are the slave contracts for Eddie Chambers, Chris Arreola, Calvin Brock, Sultan Ibragimov, Sam Peter, Chris Byrd and every other fighter they face? Yeah, bring up the rematch clauses, but show me ONE single rematch? Can you find one?

He realized a shot John Ruiz hit him at will and then he realized what a real heavyweight would probably do to him.

Ruiz had no problem hitting him, and Ruiz had one foot out the door when he signed for the fight -- total cash-out before retirement. Haye wants to hang on to his little title and is frozen because of it. Where can he find a "safe" opponent everyone won't laugh at? Audley Harrison? Everyone will laugh everywhere but England, and even there it won't be easy going.

Vitali's stats -- KO ratio of 90%, have never trailed on the scorecards at the end of any fight, his undefeated comeback after three years out -- say he is one of the most dominant heavyweights in history.

There is no champion in HW history who wouldn't have had at the very least a tough night against Vitali at his best. His size, his iron chin, his ability to use distance, all say he would have given anyone a hell of a struggle. As he did with the great Lennox Lewis, who was "at the peak of his powers" when he entered the fight with Vitali, and "washed up" as soon as the fight ended.

He may not be boxing but is actually in better shape than Vitali is. Chris's faculties are still intact while Vit is beginning to stutter in his own language now.

Haye and Booth are are both a couple of pommie charlatans, of which there have never been a shortage, but I must say the invention of the term "slave contract" was one of their better moments as con-men. It's almost admirable if you could admire sleazy fu*cks like those two. It was a stroke of near-brilliance that has allowed their defenders to justify their cowardly actions and bash the Klitschkos on little or no evidence at all. You just know at some point during any discussion of Haye's lack of willingness to fight not the just the Klitschkos, but ANYONE decent, the term "slave contract" is going to be used.

Vitali's injury wasnt nearly as severe as Floyd Mayweather who grinded out an entire fight with a broken hand. Vitali got outsmarted by a supermiddleweight, and I think the fact that he couldnt stop a midget, hurt him more than the injury in his shoulder.

He had a very bad Injury and couldnt continue. Im sure any boxer would not want to just quit for no reason when hes dominating a fight and hes going to lose a belt
