    im 50/50 on this

i think either mayweather did want to fight pacman this time and internal politics between his team prevented the contract being finalised

    or

this is mayweather at PR managing a way to deflect some of the pressure and critisim him and his camp have taken in not being seen to have signed a contract and then a potential **** storm with the lies surrounding the supposed contract and negotations....

mayweather plays his cards close and well....will be interesting to see what comes of this, if anything

Honestly, lots of fans, can give 2 f u c k s what floyd does now, he is a disgrace to the sport he is not an exciting fighter, he will never step up and fight elite fighters.

Floyd is not superstar, hes the octomom of the sport.

                  Mayweather vs. Mayorga superfight 2011

Actually I would not care about the fight at all, but the buildup would be a classic. Don could even show the press conferences on PPV and make sales!LOL

Floyd finds out about it and gets pissed off and is now trying to make a deal with the devil. King will have Floyd asking for a 85-15% split so he can get a hefty cut and be dumbfounded why the fight won't get made.
haymon/gbp has been cornered into "negotiating" a fight with pac, so don king may be given the torch to continue protecting the qweefer. look at don king's quotes - if they're true, nobody's listening to mayweather's qweefs anymore but king's willing to listen so he can milk and dump that whiny whore in due time.
