I want Marquez-Katsidis so badly,

Katsidis should get a shot because he's earned it, but I don't blame JMM for trying to get a bigger payday at the end of his career.

I don't want to see him fight Khan. Either Pac at 135-137 or Katsidis at 135.

pac at 137 i dont get it if its gunna be at that weight it will be 140 but i doubt pac will even go down to that

If anyone (besides Pacquiao) is stopping Marquez for the first time, it's my boy. To this day, I remain absolutely certain that the Marquez who showed up against Diaz the first time would've been fucked up and TKO'ed by Kats in the ninth round.

Last night's version, however... It'd be a nasty battle, but I think the post-Casamayor/Diaz version of Kats could just about sc**** an SD. He'd need to work on a watertight defence, though - Marquez would most likely cut him up like a piece of raw meat.

You're probably right on both counts, but as it likely won't generate enough dough, I don't think it's gonna' happen.

Probably JMM will fight Khan and get outpointed. I think he's still slick enough to dominate Katsidis, but he's not gonna' beat Khan by decision, sorry to say.

no body is hyping katsidis so far every1 has just said he deserves his shot which he does hes the mandatory and jmm will be stripped if he doesnt fite him

as far as those fights go he had casa till he got crazy at the end and got ko'd he had the fight in the bag and the diaz fight was a split d in diaz's hometown and we all know how diaz fights get scored in his backyard

He ain't the same dude, though. Styles change, defences get better, fighters gain experience. Are those 2 fights (Casamayor and Diaz) all you've got, when it comes to Katsidis? Don't forget that both Casamayor and Diaz (in the first fight) were giving Marquez absolute hell until he pulled out the stoppages.

How did he pull them out? Many, many years of experience.

Well Marquez has said on Golden Boy's twitter page he'll defend against Katsidis "with honour". On Facebook Katsidis has said negotiations with Marquez's people start tomorrow. I wasn't confident at all this fight would get made but maybe it will.

Lets be honest here i am mexican and i love JMM but he is not fighting with the elite guys beyond 135.

A katsidis fight would be amazing, and competitive, hell i am not even sure who i have winning the fight, make it happen
