Over time it seems drug users...

... have still got the fans respect. Is this right?

    Roy Jones Jr
    James Toney
    Holyfield
    Mosley
    etc

are all loved massively. Don't get me wrong I'm just as much a fan of these guys as you are.. I fell in love with boxing because of Roy Jones Jr.

But do you think it's 'right' that they get this much credit... and would they have reached the levels of praise they have gained if they hadn't used illegal substances... would they haven't beaten that many opponents? ... would Mosley have 'won' against De La Hoya? etc..

It's a sketchy topic of discussion, as a lot of people are fans of these guys.

But do you think 'we' as the fans show a disservice to the opponents they have faced whilst using 'illegal' substances?

    What do you say.

P.S. Right now I think it's great that most people are taking a stand against cheaters such as Magarito. I hope this trend continues.

      Could be? An assumption though.

Mosley took EPO before HOYA 2 fight and everyone said that HOYA won that fight I mean Mosley looked better when he was clean then when he was on EPO!

Are you still a fan of both fighters?

I might be a bit pessimistic, but I would think most fighters cheat to get the edge.

Why do you think DLH didn't come down harder on SSM when it was evident that he cheated? If you yourself had lost a close match in any sport and you found out your opponent cheated you of a win what would YOU do? Wouldn't you point fingers and tell everybody that you really should have won?

Well Oscar didn't do a thing. He let bygones be bygones. Do you think it's because he's indifferent towards his legacy?

...or maybe... just maybe... he was cheating himself.

              Etc....

No. Not that ever was a devoted fan in the first place, but the cheated definetely devalued their careers IMO still.
