As stated by Bob Arum on his midnight deadline, both sides agreed to terms which means drug testing wasn't an issue anymore. No one in Mayweather's complained, not even his dad who is the main accuser of Pac taking steroids/PED.

July 19 - In an interview by Chris Robinson from Examiner.com, Jeff Mayweather said, “He [Pacquiao] agreed to random testing up to 14 days. I never knew that random had a cutoff. So basically if you don’t have a cutoff, it doesn’t mean it’s random at all. That’s why the negotiations went down. It was the same as before.”

      July 7 - http://fighthype.com/pages/content7919.html
“They stopped taking blood 18 days before [Mayweather-Mosley], so that shows that they can do it and be fine,” Arum would tell Lance Pugmire of the LA Times, explaining why he believes 14 days should be sufficient to satisfy Mayweather’s demands. “We’re saying the same thing, that if there’s information that emerges in the final 14 days, we can go to the [state boxing] commission and ask for more tests. We can work it out. No one’s looking to pull any fast ones.”

      July 17: http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/spor...ao-boxing.html
Pacquiao didn't want to submit to blood tests too close to a fight, his camp said. Pacquiao budged on the issue during these talks, moving from a 24-day cutoff of blood testing to 14 days. But all along the Mayweather camp has been silent.

July 15 - http://fighthype.com/pages/content7987.htmlIt should be noted that despite the fact that Mayweather has insisted on random blood testing up until the day of the fight, Pacquiao has only agreed to a 14-day cutoff for random blood testing.

You can post all the articles you want about cut-off dates and random testing but it doesn't change the fact that both side has agreed to terms. If there was a problem about drug testing, Floyd's camp would be all over the media bashing Pac but they didnt's because it wasn't the issue anymore. Not even Floyd Sr., Floyd Jr., Roger or Ellerbe complained. Floyd just didn't want to fight Manny.

The other side never agreed to 50/50 14 day cutoff. Sorry. Bye SuperTrooper.

What it comes down to is Floyd just don't want to fight Pac and that's why Floyd is getting crucified by the media as being a coward.

Didnt Arum admit to NEVER speaking to anyone from team Mayweather? Both sides stories are bogus. I think Manny, Floyd and unbiased boxing fans should unite and boycott both fighters till they get the fight done.

Yes, Arum admitted that he never spoke to anyone in Floyd's camp but he did say that Ross Greenburg was acting as the mediator for negotiations. Ross confirmed this with his statement release that there was negotiations. The only bogus side is the Mayweather and Golden Boy Promotion for lying about the negotiations.

I'm not boycotting anything. I'm a boxing fan so I'll be watching Pac's upcoming fight.

                    Huh? When was that?

Mayweather offered the 14 day offer on Jan 1st, which Pacquiao rejected. And then in February, Mayweather said that it has to be randoim going forward.
