Did Manny ever agree to full random drug testing?

I just wanted to know because Ive been reading that he agreed to do only a 2 week cut off during these "phantom" negotiations? I personally think they are both bull****ting and making lame excuses. But i also read that Roach said he would..

Nobody knows if he did or didnt. Arum only stated that they conceded to Floyd's demands (whatever that was), and Floyd or his team never commented on whether those demands were or were not met. All we know for a FACT is that Floyd stated that he wasnt thinking about boxing right now, and is planning to take a year or 2 off to vacation and spend time with his family.

No they never did agree to full testing. In that 3am interview/press conference, Arum himself stated that he couldn't go into details about that when pressed on that issue. Therefore, i speculate that they didn't agree to full testing otherwise he would no doubt expressed with clarity what they had agreed to

No. They agreed to terms Mayweather set the second time around, which was 14 days of no random tests leading up to the fight.

If nobody knows, why are you Pac fans jumping up and down about how Manny "agreed" to Floyd's terms? The last we heard, Manny agreed to a the OLD 14 day offer from the last negotiations. Which, is laughable, considering he laughed at that offer when it was actually offered.

floyds on a permanent vacation against manny so it wouldnt matter either way.

some will tell you its still holding up the fight, but those same people are selective in reading/hearing what comes out of mayweathers own mouth

If Pacquiao would have agreed to take the full, he would have came out and said it.

Don't be silly, had he gone through with the testing like he agreed to do the FIRST time around, he would have already lost to Mayweather and his career would go on.

the whole thing smells fishy.. i think they are square dancing eachother. I dont think arum is lying per say, but how can 1 expect to get a deal done and not speak to the others fighter team at all directly. He some how sparks the interest with someone in noway connected to the other party? Arum is way to a good of buisness man for that. But floyd could have made the fight when ever he wanted and when ever he wants it. *sniffs..sniff..sniff* I smell pussi.. from both camps
