Why is Arum and Manny insistent upon that OLD 14 day offer that was ONLY offered as a compromise to Manny wanting a whole 30 day cut off?

This thread is just a question of who budge and who dodge, so we go through the whole motion at the start...

ACT ONE: A few days right after the manny/cotto fight, when everything in manny's face was still swollen to a pulp, and he was still pissing blood tainted urine... There were leaplets flying towards manny's camp that floyd wants to fight him as soon as possible that it may just be a one time deal. Maybe floyd was thinking he'll look great challenging manny now and that he'll look even better knowing that manny will not accept a fight too close from a war with cotto... But they were surprised to learn that manny accepted the challenge immediately...

ACT TWO: Now floyd can't ask for an un-equal purse split coz it will be an obvious duck now, so team floyd orchestrated something else. They accused manny of using drugs, and they were relentless at doing this, asked anybody and everybody that's close or knows them to side with their so called cause... So, manny was taken aback, got insulted in the process and didn't go with the test at first... Floyd was ecstatic!!!

ACT THREE: Now after the clottey fight and being elected congressman of his province, manny was pressing on once again for a floyd fight, now he is willing to negotiate again and accept all terms just to lure floyd to a fight with him. Then arum asked greenberg to be the middleman and open up a negotiation between the two parties. But floyd simply said "NO! I'm in vacation now with my family, and I don't want to be bothered for a year or two and to hell with your 50-60million paycheck!!" Floyd didn't even bother to sit down and look at the numbers greenberg is presenting to him, maybe he is not interested at all, and i am questioning if he is really interested in the fight in the first negotiation.........................

Arum used the whole thing to hype a Pac-Marg/Cotto fight when Team Mayweather had already stated RANDOM testing. Thats full RANDOM testing Olymlpic Style Testing.

If Arum did want the Mayweather fight to go ahead he would have agreed to random testing. He didn't.

Arum (NOT MANNY PACQUIAO), was negotiating the terms of the fight and could have persuaded Manny to take the tests.

Arum (NOT MANNY PACQUIAO), would earn more cash for his pocket from a Pac-Marg/Cotto fight than from a Pac-Mayweather fight.

Mayweather was facing a DEFAMATION case from Pacquiao regarding loss of earnings due to folks in Mayweather's camp chatting about his PED use.

Let me ask you one question *****s. Why the first supposed fight did not materialize? There are two answer categories in this question. The first reason which is more important and the second reason which is irrelevant because of the first reason.

Answer: First reason - If somehow Floyd did not ask for this useless 2 months OST like what he did in his previous 40 fights. We already witnessed this fight without any problem long time ago.

Answer: Second reason - Pac did not agree to the 14 days cut off or whatever it is...which is irrelevant when you look at first reason. The point is either it is 14 days cut off or up to the fight..it is useless. Floyd copied his OST from the Olympic athletes but their random blood/urine testing to be really effective. They do it all year round or 24/7/365 unlike this useless Floyd invented 2 months OST which will prove nothing other than it killed the first supposed fight.

How about this second attempt to this fight? I will not bother to write it here. All you have to do is GOOGLE it up just in case you did not hear it in US TVs and News. Write this at the Google search bar and see for yourself!
