Manny Pacquiao refused 14 day cut off and killed the fight.

which is ridiculous by Manny Pacquiao and co. because Floyd said that deal would be off the table if he had to fight Shane first

if floyd didnt make those demands the FIRST time around then the fight wouldve happened for sure.

Blame manny for wanting the fight and compromising though.

what about this time around? is it the vacation against Manny thats holding up the fight or the blood tests?

please just answer in a simple sentence and do not create an elaborate story that'll end up blaming manny and arum.

The day Manny agrees to drug testing is when you hear Bob Arum telling the world that he agreed to the drug testing. Bob Arum stating that he can't go further into the drug testing stipulations is more than enough to conclude that Manny did not agree to full random drug testing.

So which one is it? LOL. Do u "know they never agreed" or do u "speculate they didnt?"

July 19 - In an interview by Chris Robinson from Examiner.com, Jeff Mayweather said, “He [Pacquiao] agreed to random testing up to 14 days. I never knew that random had a cutoff. So basically if you don’t have a cutoff, it doesn’t mean it’s random at all. That’s why the negotiations went down. It was the same as before.”

              July 7 - http://fighthype.com/pages/content7919.html
“They stopped taking blood 18 days before [Mayweather-Mosley], so that shows that they can do it and be fine,” Arum would tell Lance Pugmire of the LA Times, explaining why he believes 14 days should be sufficient to satisfy Mayweather’s demands. “We’re saying the same thing, that if there’s information that emerges in the final 14 days, we can go to the [state boxing] commission and ask for more tests. We can work it out. No one’s looking to pull any fast ones.”

              July 17: http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/spor...ao-boxing.html
Pacquiao didn't want to submit to blood tests too close to a fight, his camp said. Pacquiao budged on the issue during these talks, moving from a 24-day cutoff of blood testing to 14 days. But all along the Mayweather camp has been silent.

              July 15 - http://fighthype.com/pages/content7987.html
It should be noted that despite the fact that Mayweather has insisted on random blood testing up until the day of the fight, Pacquiao has only agreed to a 14-day cutoff for random blood testing.

                Don't be an idiot.
Same can be said about Floyd. If Pac didnt concede to his demands, Floyd or a member from his team would have come out and said it. What he did say instead was...."I'm not thinking about boxing right now. I want to vacation and spend time with my family"

This is so lame. If this was the case, he would have said no from the JUMP. Instead of trying to wiggle around it.

Compromising? He wanted a whole 30 days with no testing. Floyd offered to cut that in half at 14 and Manny walked and had a fight the NEXT day. That's compromising?

Funny, that is all that you have done, is blame Floyd and company. What we do KNOW is, Arum claimed that Manny had agreed to Floyd's demands, yet he didn't go into details. Why do you think that is?

Why is Arum and Manny insistent upon that OLD 14 day offer that was ONLY offered as a compromise to Manny wanting a whole 30 day cut off?

Mayweather "I'm not really thinking about boxing right now. I'm just relaxing. I fought about 60 days ago, so I'm just enjoying myself, enjoying life, enjoying my family and enjoying my vacation.
” -- Floyd Mayweather Jr., when asked about fighting Manny Pacquiao

can you read? how is quote by floyd mannys fault for the fight not taking place anytime soon?

and compromising is agreeing to 14 days the 2nd time around. If he would've stayed firm on his 20-30 day cutoff that wouldnt be a compromise.
