Pacquiao refused a 14 day cutoff period of the blood testing and a good money split and he said no, Floyd told him that the offer would no longer be on the table if he had to fight Mosley and what did Manny Pacquiao and co. do? they waited until AFTER the Mosley fight to accept the deal knowing it was no longer on the table. he made it clear he would want more money if his PPV sold more and it did so he now wants more money and NO cut off date, that's the NEW deal you can't just dig up the last deal and pick up from there because things changed.

it was always the OST, the more money demand came after Manny declined the 1st deal of a 14 day cutoff and equal money. Manny could have just took the deal while it was still being offered but he waits until after he knows it wont be there to accept it..

all Floyd was asking for was random testing, he gave him every chance to fight him on May 1st but Pacquiao ended up letting Mosley take that date. Floyd is going to stand his ground on the negotiations he's not just gonna bend multiple times when he already budged twice on the first negotiations and all Manny did turn away the fight..
