Floyd Mayweather Jr. is the Sugar Ray Leonard of this era. A highly skilled fighter, but by no means a great one. But then, I suppose different people might have different definitions of the word "great."
For me, to be great you need to fight against the best of your era. Floyd doesn't want to do that because he thinks being undefeated is what makes one great. Sad. =(
But I do think this fight will happen. Everyone thought that Hagler-Leonard was never going to happen, but it eventually did.

Rome is not the first and won't certainly be the last. We will hear a lot of backlash Against him until he fight Pacquiao. Floyd will have to grow a pair on his vacation.
