I saw that long time ago when he was offered a fight against Margarito for 8 mill and he instead he took 10 time less money for Sharmba Mitchell fight!

Now he fought 40 year old guy Mosley who basically just came out of retirement instead of Pacman!

Pacquiao refused a 14 day cutoff period of the blood testing and a good money split and he said no, Floyd told him that the offer would no longer be on the table if he had to fight Mosley and what did Manny Pacquiao and co. do? they waited until AFTER the Mosley fight to accept the deal knowing it was no longer on the table. he made it clear he would want more money if his PPV sold more and it did so he now wants more money and NO cut off date, that's the NEW deal you can't just dig up the last deal and pick up from there because things changed.

Floyd Mayweather Jr is his own man, he doesn't have to fight anybody if he doesn't want to OR he could fight Cotto and it would be a great fight OR maybe even Timothy Bradley or even Andre Berto, whatever he does though 1 thing is a definite and that's the fact that he calls his own shots, Pacquiao can't do that. let Pacquiao fight that bum in Mexico and cheat history by fighting someone for the world title in a division where both you and your opponent aren't even ranked and do it for a vacant world title, yea let him go do that, Floyd is going to play his **** smart the way he always does and when they finally DO fight you better believe Manny is going to be taking those tests because Floyd ain't budging..

Pacquiao has conceded to what? conceding would be accepting no cut off date. the fact there was even a negotiation on the cutoff date was due to Floyd already budging but he already said if you wait until after the Mosley fight I will want more money and there will be no cut off date, Manny said no and is now trying to act like he can say yes now and it's okay but it's not because Floyd is tired of his **** already, he could have said yes to the deal he's saying to right now back when it was on the table and we would've had our fight but nobody speaks on that right? everybody just needs to hop off Pacquiao's **** is all..

seems is the key word. We don even know if pac agreed to the drug testing or not.
