Yep. This pretty much sums up the double standard that people use with Mosley. He cheats and gets the pass, but Margarito is condemned for life, I don't get it.

I didn't say it wasn't the same thing, perhaps you should have read the post I was replying to. He said margarito will be reinstated because "there was never anything serious in those wraps." I told him if anything, the NSAC didn't ban him for life because he was caught before he could inflict any damage on Mosley, but getting reinstated does not mean there was nothing potentially lethal in his wraps.
I would have no problem if they banned him for life, cuz he must have known what was in his wraps, and I think he cheated against Cotto. The only problem is, they would need solid proof, like confiscating the wraps used in the Cotto fight, too late for that unfortunately. margarito obviously would never admit it himself.
