Berto wins an 8-4 UD, because as always... Joshua is happy showing off his defensive skills while he gets happily outpointed.

Clottey will have his moments and land some clean shots, but at the end of the day, as usual... it just won't be enough.

        Clottey loses
probably gets to Berto in spots and has a chance to win
but stops throwing punches and just stands there or runs
then after he loses the decision he cries robbery

Clottey lost the Cotto fight more than Cotto won it. It was Josh's fight to win and he let off the gas pedal. That's why I don't particularly care for him...

Berto doesn't and can't fight anything like pacquiao. He would be much easier and open to hit.
            Yeah fair enough.

But unlike that "fear" of opening up for Clottey when faced Pac, I think when this fight happens, Clottey will prolly open up a bit for Berto and test the waters, and Berto's high workrate can do wonders, that is, if he can push the right buttons.

One minor problem. Pacquiao is leagues better than Berto will ever be. Pacquaio throws 100 punches plus a round ALL with KO power, darts in and out like a rabbit, gives more angles than a gazelle, and has 20 round stamina. he is also the fastest WW, has great head movement, and takes a shot.

Berto would thorw a punch or two, and clinch a stronger man, who has a better inside game.

Clottey has a great chance of losing based on ******ity, but he should win since he is plain better than berto skills wise.

                berto by decision.

good fight for berto, he's making his way up to some world class comp.

Clottey gets crapped on by all the Mayweather fans because he was a Pac victim. They can't write him off like the do Cotto and Margarito because Josh had never clearly lost prior to fighting Manny. Anyone who watched Clottey, and I first recall seeing him when I was brushing up on Baldomir prior to Baldomir/Judah, knows that Josh is one of the most technically and fundamentally sound operators in the game. Berto has never in his career had a performance as impressive as Clottey's against Judah or Cotto or even Margarito.

                    Clottey's career in a nutshell.

                    Forget it.
