No you're wrong, OST tests all year long because most PED's are not stimulants and don't offer any real advantage during or up to a competition. Steroids for example are best used months and months before a competition not during training camp.

u dont know what pacquiao's on :P and you even said MOST (not all) PEDs dont offer any real advantage during or up to a competition. and pacquiao is a top boxer he has access to the best peds ;D u never know what the midget could be on

aight he wants to make sure his opponents are clean. but thats a good initiative. imagine if pac gets caught now, im sure in the future many more boxers would require their opponents to take the tests.what im saying is that i see potential for this to spread

It's funny that's what doped up Olympic weightlifters used to do. They would retire after the Olympics, juice up for 3 years and lift hard. Then get clean, un-retire and compete again with the benefits of 3 years of doped up training behind him. Hmmm......
