In my eyes, he already HAS been exposed. Like I said, if I were a Manny, I'd take the tests, and whoop Floyd just for running my name through the mud like that! If Manny even agreed to random blood testing for the Maragrito fight, I'd respect him that much more. He could say, "Look Floyd: I'm clean, and you're next!" Which is what I'd expect a CLEAN fighter to say! How can he just sit back, and let Floyd do this to him, with no rebuttal, I'll never know.

No you're wrong, OST tests all year long because most PED's are not stimulants and don't offer any real advantage during or up to a competition. Steroids for example are best used months and months before a competition not during training camp.
