I think the reason Pacman fans hate Floyd so much, is that because Floyd basically exposed Pacman. Now if he doesn't agree to this sorta' testing, he'll NEVER clear his name. If I'm Manny Pacquiao, I'd take every test possible to prove my innocence. Random or otherwise! And I'd whoop his ass drug-free to prove it! Yet, he doesn't seem to want to do all that. Exactly. Why should he jeopardize his career by fighting someone who's cheating? Crud, even if he BEATS someone who's juicing (sorta' like Oscar/Vargas) it's still bad. Boxing is a violent sport. We've seen tons of people seriously injured. Why take that risk against someone who's cheating? And PEDs are very prevalent in boxing. You fight Floyd and make millions, should be able take whatever PED test he wants you to take. If you're a clean athlete, you shouldn't have a problem with it.
