and he got caught attempting to cheat which legitimately raises questions about every victory before that fight. He also is 1-1 at 154lbs so how is he getting a shot at the title in his 3rd fight at the weight?

The cheating history refers to the titles. If you are making claims of being a 7 div champ yet the last title you won was not at the max limit, that takes away from the title, no matter who you are. Add to it, the fighter Manny is most compared to, floyd mayweather jr, has won titles in the same weight classes but has not needed weight clauses to do so.

Catchweights were used in the past because there were fewer division and, as such, more weight between divisions. It went from 135-147-160, there was no 140 or 154. Hence if the ww champ was fighting the mw champ, a cathcweight was needed. They don't need them now with only 6 or 7 lbs seperating divisions.

The governing bodies has no morality left in them, so when Pac says he wants to fight at 150 with a belt on the line, these governing bodies would give it to him in a silver platter.
Fighting for a belt at a catchweight once was enough. Twice is blasphemy. It's clear as day and night, team Pac wants to have that 154 title belt but is not willing to honor the division limit.

Asking for a catchweight again makes it clear that team Pac is not asking for a fair fight. Poor Margo, he has no say at all..

So if the governing bodies has no morality left in them for allowing a title at a catch weight that's requested by Pac, would'nt that mean that Pacquiao has no morality left in him? Yes.
