It's not a mandatory defence/challenger fight, so nobody is being pushed into anything.

The excuse is that you seem to argue that Pacquiao is avoiding more challenging fights in his own division because they won't make money. That is an excuse because you are using it as a counterpoint to our distaste for him fighting margachito which has the potential to make more money.

There might be less money in those fights, but that is not a good enough reason to fight for a vacant championship belt, at a catchweight no less, in a division where neither has established himself. Watch it if you like, but don't convince yourself that it is a credible, noteworthy contest.

It may not be credible in a title sense, but if they fought at 147, no one would say thats not credible, but for 3 extra pounds thats no longer a noteworthy contest? wouldnt u say it would make Magarito stronger with that extra weight leverage?
