So which fighter paid by Arum to take a knee? Oscar, Hatton, Cotto or Clottey? Pac gave them the worst beating in their life. If I paid to take a knee then I'll do the Oscar move against Hopkins not those I will get killed in the process. lol!

True. However, they both have losses. But Pacquiao has been more active so the odds will be in Pac's favor. After the first few of rounds we'll be able to tell
what direction the fight is likely heading.

        I don't think so,

        Speed is power!

And Pacman will use it to offset Margarito's height and reach advantage.

The fight will showcase how pacMAN handles taller boxer.

Williams will be the next opponent next year.

        sort of David vs Goliath!

If he loses then it helps to show that it was a risky contest seeing that he is giving away 5 inches in height and 6 inches in reach.

A loss aint the end of the world. Mike tyson lost to buster douglas cause he got lazy but everybody knows that prime mike tyson (before gus died) was and is a legend. He was sick handspeed...like manny handspeed and therefore sick power.

To be honest a great champion is one who takes risks and im glad the TS made this thread because the fight is a risky one

I give credit also to floyd for fighting mosley since mosley nearly took him out but mosley was post prime and everybody knows if some1 wants legacy they need to fight the best and pac is the best besides floyd.

You can only give credit where credit is due. in 20 years time if pac didn't fight floyd it will be rougher on floyd because of the media. Let's face it...kids only remember what the tv tells them and what is in their era (example the *****s saying floyd is greater than pernell = bu.ll****)

At the end of the day if they don't fight each other they both lose out.
          Fair enough assessment.

So you see it as a mismatch too? Not worth the price on PPV?

This is only perceived as a "mismatch" because of Tony's wars.

But that doesn't change the fact that Tony has all the tools and skills to make this a bad night for Pac.

              An upset can happen easily.

Then I'll stand in the middle of the street naked and sing the hokey pokey.

Pacquiao takes him out by the end of the 6th round. Margo isn't gonna run away. He'll stand and take a bad beating before folding. His chin and pressure is gone, and his punching power certainly isn't gonna bother Pac if Cotto's didn't. This fight is about four years too late.

Right. Some don't think Arum would allow that to happen.
