What If... Margarito Beats Pacquiao?

outside of Paul Williams or the obvious Floyd fight, I think all the fights are mismatches for Pac and Floyd.

Some guys have "shots" but nobody really is a realistic threat to either of them, besides eachother.

Margarito has the size and natural strength to pull off the upset but its just not likely and it would be horrible for the sport.

i wouldn't give a shiet seriously. it's gonna be a slap in the face for pac and bob. but maybe just maybe bob wants pacquiao to lose so that pac can get less % when he fights mayweather. we all know mayweather won't bow down to bob so maybe this is bob's way to tell pacquiao "hey you lost on ur last fight let's take the 60-40 way." and pacquiao just like the puppet he is he is gonna follow

You mean Pac's PPV sales were less than Floyd's so Arum may use that to negotiate a future May-Pac fight. That's possible too.

um, Shane wasnt off for a year and a half when he fought Margo...he was pretty active before that fight.

he was off a year and half before the Floyd fight and almost mustard enough power to beat Floyd. difference is, Floyd clinched when he was rocked, Margo didnt. Smart for fLOYD dumb for Margo.

Getting caught before the fight, im pretty sure got in Margo's head...was a bad night for him.

For sure! Hes a super popular mexican fighter who isnt completely shot and thats the only reason Bob does everything he can for this guy.

If he wasnt in Top Rank Bob would be at the forefront of people yelling for this guy to stay banned, but hes a top rank guy and bob is a greedy bastard, so now were getting this fight.

That's a fair way to look at it too. I'm sure Margo knows this is his opportunity to show the boxing public that he's the same fighter he was before the suspension.
