These arguments won't really matter until Manny and Floyd actually meet in the ring. That would be the ultimate test.

Hatton was a spent force. Look at his fight vs Lazcano.
Cotto? He looked horrible vs Clottey and is clearly not the same fighter as he was pre-margacheato.

Add to that a drained Oscar who got tagged by a bum repeatedly, Clottey who never won a big fight ever and now Margarito.. A guy who got caught cheating, then nearly decapitated by the faded Mosley. And add to that a loooong layoff.

There is no doubt in the world Floyd has fought the better versions of both Hatton and De la Hoya, and that Mosley at the time were thought of better than Cotto. Your post is just hilarious.
Instead you should point to Mannys career pre-draining Erik Morales. Thats where it really shines.

Also, i find it ridiculous you would try to point to Chico as worn down and drained when you have an 10000x worse example for Pacquiao in Erik Morales.
if you're talkin about steve forbes...don't. he's a good dude and a good fighter. he had no business at that weight and shouldn't be dissed to further your argument against pac.

So I guess he shouldn't fight Martinez? Even though many on this board think that's one of the toughest fights out there. By your logic, since he's 35 he must be over the hill. Cmon man.

            Floyd's last 5 opponents age:39, 36, 29, 34, 35.

How great is floyd when his best win came against a 39 year old who was inactive for 1 year & 5 months?

Floyd has never beaten a true great fighter in their prime.

You people are ******, and half of you don't even watch boxing. About 95% of people agree that marquez beat pac twice. And now yall ****** people wanna talk about shane's age. Oh but before the fight yall was saying that floyd was ducking shane. Now after he spanked shane yall wanna say that shane was too old. Then if he was too old why were you people saying that floyd was ducking? What was the whole point in them fighting? I don't see anything about pac ducking mosley. Mosley called both of them out. Freddie roach said '' you are too good for manny''. I don't remember floyd asking for catch- weights when he moved up to welter. So why is manny asking for catch-weights? I don't remember floyd asking for catch-weights when he moved up to 154, even tho floyd weighted in at 148 fight night, and oscar weighted in at 154. So why is manny asking for catch-weights? Why did manny fight clottey iinstead of shane? Why is manny fighting margacheato instead of williams or martinez? Why didnt manny fight bradley? Why did manny fight cotto at a catch-weight of 145? If two pounds didn't make a difference then why did he ask for it? Why didn't he ask clottey for a catch-weight? I guess cause he felt like clottey was not that much of a threat, so there was no need to drain him. At the end of the day you people are full of **** and just believe what you want to believe.
