Angulo is better based on what? Lol. Look at his opposition. Nothing to say he's better than Berto at the moment. He lost to Cintron FFS. And he hasn't beaten anybody better than Cintron since then. Just no name guys....At least Berto has some "names" on his resume so Berto is the better fighter. Angulo is just a hyped HBO product just like Berto is, just that Berto at least has some names to go with it, Angulo has a loss againest a fighter he was suppose to basically KO and got outboxed to..

I agree that Angulo is more dangerous.

      The dudes a walking tank.

And styles make fights and Cotto loves to fight guys like Berto.

But its still a tough fight against a young undefeated champion.

A big step up from the Foreman fight.

I don't see it as a duck but I see your point.

His fans can become over zealous at times.

        Angulo>>Berto.

Cintron is a better boxer than most people give him credit for and Angulo fought him with the flu. Angulo would k.o Berto easily.

As for Angulo, what with him being essentially a mini-Margarito... jeez, that would be Cotto's worst nightmare! :shk1: Berto is stylistically a far better match-up for Cotto, for he brings none of the pressure that the latter hates so much.

LOL at "Angulo being WAY BETTER then Berto" that is BULL****

I like Angulo but he is SLOW and STIFF, Berto hand speed would give him SERIOUS problems

Berto is being very underestimated here, I think he would give Cotto some serious problems, Berto can apply the pressure on Cotto offensively

all of these people counting berto out needs some serious help---cotto is so open for uppercuts, always have been---berto may lose, but he can damn sure win this fight, no doubt----his uppercuts can be a huge problem for miguel-----

                  Based on what???

No he isn't better than BERTO MAN! Who has he beat? BERTO has already shown he can handle adversity in the ring. It will be no different if he fights COTTO. COTTO may win, but it isn't going to be easy my friend. BERTO has SPEED, GOOD POP, FAST FEET, and stamina. It will be a FALL CLASSIC! BERTO would destroy THE DOG based on those attributes. He can't handle a fast boxer with power like BERTO. You guys need to stop bashing him until further notice because he'll fight ANYBODY! THE DOG won't.

Good to see a lot of people think Cotto will win I don't want to hear Berto fights damaged fighters and the same people discrediting Berto after he beats Cotto.

This is a great match up for Berto. A plodding guy who comes forward vs a guy who likes to jab and explode with combos if you leave yourself opened. Easy fight for Berto and finally a break from all the southpaws he's been fighting.
