One thing we know for sure.

And that's that the opponent will be coming off a dominating KO loss and fighting for a paper belt at a catchweight.

Arum: By Monday, Pacquiao's Fight Should Be Decided

The talks are over and the wait is on for opponent who will face Manny Pacquiao in his next fight on November 13. Top Rank CEO Bob Arum has spoken to the management of Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito, the fight proposals have gone to Pacquiao and a decision is expected by this coming Monday.

"Probably by Monday we should have a decision," Arum said to Lester Jimenez. "I spoke with both parties. The two proposals are going to Pacquiao. Now it all depends on what [Pacquiao] decides. [Mayweather] says he is on vacation, we can not wait for him."

The talk going on right now is for Pacquiao's next fight to take place outside of the United States, in either Abu Dhabi or Mexico. Pacquiao's next fight will take place in the junior middleweight division, for Cotto's WBA title or against Margarito for the vacant WBC title. A catch-weight is expected for either fight, probably around 150 to 151-pounds.

I'm not defending Floyd. I'm just stating how action packed manny's fights are. I thought we were on the same page?

Dude i dont know what you were watching but Floyd/Mosley was not at ALL exciting neither was Pac/Clottey.

Floyd could have TKO'd Mosley but wouldnt throw combos

Yes the Clottey fight wasnt exciting but it wasnt mannys fault, he throw over 1200 punches.

But you cant say hes not in exciting fights all the time, cmon

Ok you may think throwing 1200 punches is exciting but that's your opinion and can't nobody take that away from you. But me personally I prefer accuracy and when it comes to accuracy Floyd is the best thats ever done it. I did enjoy the pac-marquez fights and his first fight with morales .

People never agree that Floyd's fights are exciting. Why? Because they want to see him LOSE!! So if he doesn't lose then the fight wasn't exciting. The Baldomir fight is a perfect example. Great fight by Floyd did what he was supposed to do. and the haters that came to see him lose start booing cause floyd was dominating. haters are going to hate.
