What's horrible for boxing is Arum putting on a fight in Abu Dhabi that is illegal in the USA. He's skirting the law and benefitting a sanctioned boxer in spite of a legal ban. You can tell that Arum is a lawyer by his disregard for the law. Oh yeah, Margarito isn't beating Pacquiao without his plaster of Paris.
Indeed. Thats the other reason why it would be horrible. The fight taking place, especially when Marg didn't even earn it yet and after the incident.

Yeah but a loss to Margarito, especially at this time would be one of the worst. Margs isn't marketable in the mainstream, and was accused of cheating only 2 fights ago. This is one of the last guys you'd want to dethrone the Fighter of the Decade. It'd be a hit to boxing. Pac could still very well win, but in my opinion, there are much better fights out there for him that could still be made.

Pac should be way too fast for Margarito, and he doesn't tire like Cotto, and his chin is still pretty solid at 147. He should win this.

They've got the cash to make everyone happy, so why settle for a second rate contest in a first rate venue? They should force the issue with thier capital and get a real attraction for the millions, instead of a side show. Someone needs to talk with them and let them know what they can get, as opposed to the crap they're being offered.
Because anything involved with royalty always has links to corruption, cheating, you name it. Anyone who doesn't watch Disney movies all day knows this. As long as it supports their agenda, they don't give a ****.
