There was numerous times that fighters have to pay to other fighter money cuz they fail to make weight like Castillo Corrales,Arce Alvarez and others!

And it makes all the sense in the world cuz FLoyd doesnt care about weight class in which he signed for.

He cheated against Marquez and he would do same thing against Pacquiao so 10 million per pound makes all sense in the world!

And Pacquiao didnt ask something that doesnt count for him also,if he would fail to make weight he would also pay Floyd that money!

Did you listen to the Arum conference call? When a reporter asked him if it was 14 days cut off in the offer, Arum said something like no it's not as simple as that.
