Arum and Pacquiao were accepting an offer that was no longer valid. 60-40 and full OST's and the fights made. Arum keeps making it seem like Pacquiao accepted random tests up until the fight, which he most likely has not, since they don't mention how many days Pacquiao actually agreed on.

All we know is that Arum made an offer and none of us knows what it was and Mayweather hasn't accepted. That doesn't mean Mayweather doesn't want to fight, it means that the offer wasn't acceptable in his opinion.

Arum making things up through the media for months is so far fetched. If this was the case why didn't team mayweather shoot this down months ago knowing the blame would be put on floyd.

Excuses are getting funnier by the day. i have heard it all now. From tests to split to jail time to breaks and arum lying to the media. This **** is hilarious. Its clear as day that floyd is not interested.
