As for the other areas, Pacquiao is more than a match for Williams in every department and as you say is much faster. Plus he has much better footwork and lateral movement. All he has to do is move in and out to make Williams look silly.

I'll be honest, at welterweight Paul Williams is probably unbeatable. Pacquiao is too small, and i think he would outwork mayweather to a decision
