Richard Scheafer said that: "i had no idea what Oscar was talking about"regarding Oscar`s comments "the fight being close".

And oscar said he was misquoted:

Plus Ellerbe said a couple of weeks ago that their is`nt any negotiations going on.
How can you be misquoted on TV???

Ellerbe denied the talks around June 6, which is the same day De La Hoya went on the record that there were negotiations.

You can't misquote an entire TELEVISED segment where a guy is breaking down the negotiations. Around 50 Spanish speaking outlets reported De La Hoya comments before they even made their way to American press.

I missed that but even still. thats coming from a man with even less credibility than Arum.

Also this **** has been all over the news, ESPN and everywhere else. People have been bashing the hell out of floyd but what has his "Adviser" been doing.

If i'm him I'd be on ESPN saying bob arum is full of **** and on all the sites defending my boy so he doesnt look like a clown.

SO regardless of everything, floyd only has himself to blame for looking like an idiot and maybe he should let Ellerbe go, if hes the man supposed to be handling his career

He basically said he couldn’t cosign what Oscar said meaning Oscar was probably just lying.

if you ask me, too many things going against team mayweather as far as who's making up lies...and its obvious its team mayweathers side

                ALSO KEEP IN MIND...
first time around was the issue of drug testing and continued talks of pac on PED...
this time around, nothing about the drug testing issue.
I wanna know if Greenburg confirmed that he even talk to Mayweathers team?

And if he did its Greenburgs claims againts Ellerbe`s claims.

                  At Oscar being "misquoted"

Either he spoke too soon and and there was negotiations taking place. Or he talked out of his ass like he always does....

And that's why there is a HOLE and that a/hole is Ellerbe. Everybody else implied there was a negotiation going on except him. Did he know in the very beginning Floyd is not going to fight Pacquiao? Did HE advised Floyd not to fight Pacquiao to protect his investment? Remember, Ellerbe is equals to Koncz. These dudes are leeches however you try to make them look good and honorable. Did he plan to say "there were no negotiations" ahead of time because he knows the repercussions of Floyd not fighting Pacquiao and this is his GREAT idea to save face?
