pac fighting marg? i see nothing wrong with it, its at 154. pacs never been at the weight...we know nothing about how hes gonna look. hes going in with a fighter who has a reputation of being a tough son of a ***** who packs a mean punch. i feel he was having trouble making 147 when he fought mosley and will look better at 154 next time around(after his tune up). pac is 5'6'' 67'' reach; marg 5'11'' 73''...much bigger natural 154 pounder. on paper its a good fight, forget all this bs parg did in the past. it doesnt take anything away from the luster of this fight...2 offensive fighters going at it at 154.

I think it's obvious why the 140 pounders arnt gona get it. Because one they have no following and two after a month of solid negotiating that went right back to the toilet I don't think Top Rank is intrested in giving other promoters a free ride with their fighter especiallys after the whole Pac Maweather negotiations falling apart for a second time. The Margarito fight is just so much easier to be made. Plus Shane is already signed to fight Mora and Martinez said he wants to stay at Middleweight and do you really think Sergio is intrested in having to fight for a vacated title he just vacated? Makes no sense.

But thats the thing he isn't just a disgraced cheater. A year and a half ago he was the best welterweight in the world and he's still a 3 time ww champ. He's way more qualified than Clottey thats for sure and I thought Clottey at least on paper would be a stiff challange for pacman.
