Before discussing for negotiations you need a willingness to negotiate. It's already publicly known Pac's willingness to fight. How about Floyd? You get what he said in this article, not even acknowledging the fight itself.

thats the problem. floyd could simply say i dont like the proposal and theres a reason that theres disagreement. but saying he is not interested meant more like he has no intention fighting anyone...and who is that closer to anyone? pacquiao, whom he say is an easy fight.
