you cant, he was exposed. He never wanted drug testing, he wanted to find a way out. Manny compromised and floyd had no choice but to back out. So blood testing is no longer relevant when discussing manny vs floyd.

The real reason I believe is Roger might be doing time before the Nov date. Pacs team knows that and Floyd's as well. Both have been playing us for fools if you don't think so read between the lines.
