Yes he is a legend , yes he took steroids , almost everyone did and does for the last 20 years at least. Toney just had the bad luck / connections so he got caught , this is all the difference , the question should be : is there anyone you suspect did not take PEDs ?
Margarito is a cheater and so is Trinidad , what they did , especially Margarito is more lethal than taking steroids , because both parties involved took steroids whether it was Toney-Batchelder (which Toney didn't win despite the steroids) or Toney-Holyfield or Toney-Jones or most of his fights in general .
