It's solely based on the fact that James Toney tested positive while under the tutelage of Freddie Roach. If I was told that Albert Pujols tested positive after working with Brian Mcnamee i'd feel that was clear as well.

James Toney knowingly took performance enhancing drugs twice and Freddie Roach can't be any way, any how put into the equation of the taking of those steroids. Prove otherwise.
