Almost everyone avoids Valuev, because he's so awesome. Fact.

Klitschko's and their ****** demands, why should Vitali be entitled to an even bigger split in a rematch if he loses? **** just doesn't make sense.Comment

Ok I have to agree I am a boxing fan first but I'll state for the record that I am a Floyd Mayweather fan. With that said the WWE **** that has been going on in boxing is making the sport look bad. Videos of people calling people out, twitter tough guys, this **** is like DX or the NWO on wrestling. The promoter only want in house fights, the fighters egos are so big that they are killing fights, then you have all the PED ****...all boxing needs is Vince McMahon and at least then the ppv will only be 30 bucks...Comment

On the positive side of things, its **** like this that will eventually force the sport to have to change. I dont believe Don King at all, I mean come on, the guys a legitimate murderer. Thats not even debatable, he has murdered someone. Ill take Vitali's word over him, plus he's bringing up a hitch that Valuev never even mentioned, my guess is Vit presented them with a contract giving Valuev 1.5 mil and not much else. King started whittling away at it. FIrst the money on the rematch, then the seats, then the tv money etc...probably Vitali and his people just gave up realizing he could get someone like Briggs to accept the contract for even less money.
Oh and of course the Klitschko's are pretty hard to deal with, there hasnt been a legitimate contender in years. They dont need anyone and the one guy who could "help" them make money, they offered 50/50 straight up. So yeah, they should be jackasses to negotiate with, they have all the leverage.Comment

It makes sense to me. The Klitschkos, particularly VK, are world famous. They travel all over the place, give unstinted charity everywhere, especially for youth, and Valuev, because he's such a mediocre fighter, whom nobody, except some of the boxing public know of, is NO DRAW. It depends on who he's fighting.Comment

Pretty sharp assessment, I agree with most of it. just one thing, I don't think the Klitschkos are hard to deal with, certainly not more than any other, even in spite of their world fame.On the positive side of things, its **** like this that will eventually force the sport to have to change. Nearly a hundred other fighters have made very satisfactory terms with them up until now, at least they signed on for the fights and never made ANY complaint about the contracts or any difficulty in dealing with them. AND....Don King, apart from being a double murderer is a notorious LIAR.
This "difficulty" surfaced with Haye, who, since he became "world champion" has practically been walking around hwe streets with a crown on his head hoping that people will recognise him. In the end, he got the most *******, 'EVERYTHING-HE=ASKED-FOR" TERMS", including, (if he wanted it) a compendium of a total of 3 of the most lucrative matches available anywhere for heavyweights, and STLL ran away from the fight(s) muttering that he might, or might not fight Audley Harrison. Nobody to this day, knows anything about what he really wants, except money and his paper crown.
Not satisfied with getting an undeservrd win from valuev, like the little boy in the ****ens book, he wants MORE..........Comment

I really didn't mean to imply that your post was ridiculous, but VERY far fetched. The simplest thing to do was to agree with the critical poster, who was actually an the right track as far as I see, but a bit too hard.what exactly is ridiculous about my post? i just speculated...nothing is concrete & no one knows why its not happening...including you.everyone calls valuev a chicken, ducker, etc. i just simply made an opinion on the matter from the eyes of a guy who just wants to see the fight.im not a fan of either but id like to know why vitali makes these videos calling valuev scared when he says he agreed to the fight....im sorry im not a nuthugger
My reason is that you built up a complete, finished scenario, with absolutely no grounds at all, except pure speculation, which I thought was hard to swallow.
It reminded me of those guys writing about The Dead Sea Scrolls, or whether Jesus ever existed, ( a point with which I actually strongly agree) who pick on an ambiguous term, usually the LEAST probable of many, and build a huge edifice from it, enough to fill a book, (which they get published) with patently impossible "facts". Your was not so speculative as those, but heading that way.
It almost (not quite, but almost) reminded me of the guys who, seeing a fly speck on their electonis telescope, hail their discovery of a new, unknown planet, and, pece by piece, equip it with an atmossphere, humanoid inhabitants, modular buildings and space travel which explains, (to them, and other credulous beings) the sightings of "flying saucers"
(The very best actual explanatory dissertion on "flying saucers" is by Isaac Asimov).
Well, I'm only kidding.....sort of............
Just my opinion.Comment
