i did say i was just speculating....im just really curious to why vitali makes a video & calls valuev a chicken yet valuev says he agreed to it.he also said that vitali called him a slave to fear & valuev in agentlemanly manner shot back the multiple rematch clauses in the contract was slavery....im not at the table while they talk & neither are you,so both of us are speculating.our opinions are different but neither of us are wrong because we are not involved in the contract talks.I really didn't mean to imply that your post was ridiculous, but VERY far fetched. The simplest thing to do was to agree with the critical poster, who was actually an the right track as far as I see, but a bit too hard.
My reason is that you built up a complete, finished scenario, with absolutely no grounds at all, except pure speculation, which I thought was hard to swallow.
It reminded me of those guys writing about The Dead Sea Scrolls, or whether Jesus ever existed, ( a point with which I actually strongly agree) who pick on an ambiguous term, usually the LEAST probable of many, and build a huge edifice from it, enough to fill a book, (which they get published) with patently impossible "facts". Your was not so speculative as those, but heading that way.
It almost (not quite, but almost) reminded me of the guys who, seeing a fly speck on their electonis telescope, hail their discovery of a new, unknown planet, and, pece by piece, equip it with an atmossphere, humanoid inhabitants, modular buildings and space travel which explains, (to them, and other credulous beings) the sightings of "flying saucers"
(The very best actual explanatory dissertion on "flying saucers" is by Isaac Asimov).
Well, I'm only kidding.....sort of............
Just my opinion.Comment

No, No, you did not, in your extremely speculative post, say you were speculating, you said that later in another post answering a critical email.i did say i was just speculating....im just really curious to why vitali makes a video & calls valuev a chicken yet valuev says he agreed to it.he also said that vitali called him a slave to fear & valuev in agentlemanly manner shot back the multiple rematch clauses in the contract was slavery....im not at the table while they talk & neither are you,so both of us are speculating.our opinions are different but neither of us are wrong because we are not involved in the contract talks.
Your definitive post concerning which you gat several rebuttals, not onl mine, just was begun by "if it's true...." and then you go on to make many impossible assertions, like ........"Vitaly is trying to swindle more money than he's entitled to...." and ....I see a crack in Vitaly's armour......." etc.etc. These don't look like speculations, and the little "if it's true" cannot possibly be taken by ANYONE to mean that from then on, you are "speculating".
I know that in a LATER post, replying to a criticism, you write that you were speculating, but nowhere in the original can it be understood to be speculation.
Of course, just my (speculative) opinion.......... Sorry (again) just couldn't resist. A bad habit I've been trying to break for years. No success I'm afraid.......Comment

zomg!!!....don the rat king appears out of the abyss to make this statement..when clearly vitali offered 1.5 mill to valuev which was the max he could have offered yet valuev wanted more....so in other words both are full of it!!Last week, WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko issued a video statement on the never-ending negotiations to make a fight with ex-champion Nikolai Valuev. Klitschko said Valuev was "scared" to accept an offer of $1.5 million for an October fight. Valuev issued a quick response to Klitschko's statement. Valuev claimed that he accepted the offer of $1.5 million and it was Klitschko who was running from their fight.

You can also go back and look at the press release from Vitali about the original 1.5 million offer.
I believe he made the comment (paraphrasing) "If they wait it will continue to get lower and lower."
My guess is Don King tried to pull some bull**** and Vitali said, "OK, no more 1.5 million, now it's 1.3"
And then Don King said "We accept the 1.5!!!! "Comment

Don King has long been known his his negotiating tactics that benefit his own pockets but rarely those of his own fighters. Valuev probably gets ripped off by King and ends up making only a fraction of what Klitschko is offering. The rest goes into the coffers of Don King.Comment
