i may do some strangling too if this **** doesn't get signed soon
Thanks, good to see some guys being fair cause with all of the **** going on if you defend one side your called a ******* or *****.

Well, it might have to be in 2011, truth is there all to blame to an extent, last time it was Manny and this time its Floyd.

I am not saying that is what has happened, I am saying its something to take into consideration... like the thing with Roger, he might just need to see how things pan out and saying hes on vacation at the moment might be the easiest way to say things.

This is a might, I am not saying it is or isn't... its just another thought other than people calling him a scared coward cause to be honest I don't think these guys fear each other.
I am going by what some other reporters say here, cause I don't know much about the taxing there, all I know is if someone earns a crazy amount then there state would try and take as much as possible, thats common sense.

Considering the fight would be in Novemeber he could probably get paid in the next year atleast partially thus getting that income over a two year period, and not like it would even be much of a hassel considering when the fight would take place.

It can be made to work I am pretty sure.

That's my point exactly though. How can you let one guy get off with a lawsuit, yet not let this dude spend time with his family. At least it's more believable than a lucky socks excuse

            • Other Mayweather fan excuses besides tax:

              November is Mayweather's unlucky month.

Mayweather only drives a set number of times per year to the MGM cause he cares about the enviroment. If he drives more than that he's hurting Mother Earth.

Mayweather can't fight cause he wants to see the new Harry Potter movie that comes out in November. He's a huge Harry Potter fan.

I can't believe people allow Pacquiao to use lucky socks as an excuse yet won't let a dude spend time with his family. Ridiculous .
You dont see You dont see Lebron, Jeter or Peyton Manning complaining about it and they are away from thier families 10 of 12 months EVERY year. Dude has had 2 fights in the last 3 years gimme a break

                  .
Hold up, how is my criticism of Floyd right now any different to your criticism of Pacquiao during the negotiations, citing that he needs to take 40% for the fight to happen, and agree to random testing. You may say it's legitimate criticism, well so is this one. (Note: In chess terms, Pac made his move and now it was Floyd's turn. I didn't forgive Pacquiao, it's simply time to focus on what Floyd did or IN THIS CASE DIDN'T DO)

That would qualify as you turning on him as far as i'm concerned. Doesn't mean you have to hate the guy, I don't hate Floyd either.

                  But that's what it is.

                  • I can give two holy who how's about Floyd and his millions.
All he had to do is say this from the beginning and alot of breath
and words would not have been wasted on this negotiation.

                    • As a Floyd fan, there's no way to defend his decision. At this point he needs to retire and go away for good.
