I get you. But he was getting hit too much. The Abraham fight was brutal. I don't want to see more boxers like McClellan and Benítez out there.

See him back? Sure. But not inside the ring. Maybe a Sports Director of something in Arkansas, who knows.

I still stand by what I said and do agree that he's too tense. Everytime I see Taylor punch, it looks like he puts 110% into his punches
that's a good excuse, it's kind of what happened to mosley, you see these guys just fidgeting too much and before you know it they got nothin left, too make things worse, it's like you said, taylor throws with bad intentions

i remember reading someone say taylor has a real bad ich on his head that he can't get rid of and that's why he always looks uneasy and rubs his head, funny **** that was

jermain taylor is the only guy who couldve beaten any of the guys he lost to

nobody ever had pavlik and froch down and on shaky legs and he pulled it off

when he comes back he should be focused, he shouldnt go out like michael moorer

That was a horrific fight. Two guys doing nothing for 9 rounds.

Except Taylor's jabs. Hop didn't do **** until late.

That was a painful fight to watch.

not talking about the fight but the fighter

it was quite boring just like every hopkins fight at that time except for the trinidad fight

pre-hopkins fights taylor used to be a very agressive boxer-puncher

Taylor was an athlete but his fundamentals could be dreadful at times.

He had a good jab but that hop, skip, step, then punch and backing straight up were two very annoying habits he had.

He got away with it for a while since he was an athlete.

It seemed like later in his career he got too tense which led to his exhaustion in the ring.

I have disliked Taylor, since they gave him a draw against Winky, they damage Winky's legacy with decision he could have added Middleweight champ to his acolades.

I thought Winky won that fight too but the thing about that one is, I think that was a very entertaining fight overall.

People forget that was a good battle.

Winky joked out the last round, cost him a firm legacy.

I didn't understand that either tbh.

So does Shane Mosley, and Manny Pacquiao......... Great athletes can do that. I consider Jermain a great athlete.
