Bradley maybe the best 140 lb fighter at the moment, but he still needs to prove it... Alexander, Khan, & Maidana is contesting that claim!

Until he beats 2 of those 3, he can't prove the he's really the best!

As for Angulo, I believed a Miguel Cotto fight would be tremendous!

Right on!!! Both of them are getting out of hand, although Arum knows how to actually promote outside of cable he will surely miss HBO's money. HBO should turn down Khan/Marquez should he win.

Thing i dont get is what he point of going to HBO is. HBO makes tons of money off of them and its not like its not allowed.

HBO will NOT ruin its relationship with Arum and/or GBP and will continue to do business with its 2 biggest money makers

          Sorry Shaw

Think about it though, who wants to promote a competitors' fighter? Promoters not named TR/GB don't have the finances to properly promote big PPV fights (which is any fight with Pac/May), so you keep it in-house (unless of course TR/GB are doing business together). That way, the both fighters exposed in the mega-fight are your fighters, so whoever wins, you as the promoter, still win. You can move forward and promote the guy who won.

shaw had two of his fighters in the ring, bradley and abregu. i guess it's whatever suits any promoters interests.

i think it's a load of bullmess that promoters are pulling this, it's slowly bleeding the fans from the sport. if proper matches aren't being made and people are only getting the "other" match ups, it's going to take away from boxing and it's attractiveness to even the hardcore fans.

exploitation of fighters and monopolizing bundles of fighters is bringing boxing to a state of stagnation and soon regression, if the regression isn't happening at the current point in time.

I see we have an "Alex Drone" here on NSB

Anyway, I think it's better that one or two promoters monopolize all the fighters, that way it's easier for fights to get signed. Two rivals in the same stall are much more likely to sign than from different promoters.
