exactly what i was saying. you will defend margo til the cows come home. you should defend shane as well.He never cheated and until you can show me proof of anything, you're just a speculating sob.
Guest 7, lol. I should've known it was you. You defend all the garbage moves Floyd ever made and try to make them seem legit, and you have the nerve to call other people naive?
Baldomir is the p4p GOAT right?

dude, go listen to your shows. i dont think you know how dumb you sound.
youre too naive, its laughableComment

The Margarito deal was before the Baldomir deal Burner... Is not quite the same. Yest he fought Baldomir and won the lineal title. But, Baldomir wasn't the best fighter in the division. But, Floyd could of had the best of both worlds and didn't.He had the exact same offer on the table to fight Baldomir. He chose the same money and a Lineal Title and we kill him for that? I watch you talk about Lineal titles all the time on this site.
And actually Pac did turn down the biggest payday of his career last January. Only to come back with the very same offer he turned down to fight Clottey.
And, no Pac didn't turn down the biggest payday of his career he just could come to terms which is different. But, the same token you could Floyd turn down the biggest payday of his career again cuz he couldn't come to terms with Pac.
Is comparing apples and oranges man. One was a straight thanks but no thanks. While the other was failed negotiations not being able to come to terms.
Extended for one fight. Fight Marg in November of 2006 and then buyout and fight Oscar in May of 2007 and fight Hatton in Dec of 2007 after coming off a retirement... Is not extended the contract it was extending the dateline of the date of the buy out. Not the contract but the date of the buyout. You understand that they are two different things right? Why in Gods name would he extend his deal with Arum? They broke up for a reason. Floyd had his eyes on big money fights with Oscar and Ricky. Him and Arum had all kinds of beef. We know this stuff. Maybe he was hurt? Maybe he wanted to fight Spinks at 154? Maybe he wanted to fight for the Lineal Title at 147?
No knocking him for it but he didn't fight the best fighter in the division at the time. No matter how you spin it. It just didn't happen he wasn't interested in fighting the best of that division of that time.
We could all have an opinion on how that fight would turned. But, that is all it is an opinion not a fact.Comment

1) Oscar was old, and a part time fighter. That wasn't a fight, it was a business transactionMayweather beating Hatton 1st while he was undefeated > Pac beating Hatton 2 years later while he was on the decline
Mayweather beating Oscar @his weight > Pac beating a dehydrated DLH
Mayweather making Marquez look like a sparring partner > Pac struggling for 24 rounds vs Marquez
Mayweather beating the #1 WW and #3 P4P guy Mosley> Pac fighting Clottey who wasnt ranked on the P4P list and who was coming off a loss....

2) Marquez and Pac are natural FW's that fought each other in their primes and their styles meshed well. Floyd is a WW who's naturally bigger and also a counterpuncher. Horrible style matchup on top of size difference.
3)Mosley had just struggled badly with a faded Mayorga before beating Margarito. Clottey came off a fight where most people thought he beat Cotto.
Clottey>> Baldomir, Dela Hoya, Hatton.Comment
