Yes, you can. Kotsya was getting out classed by Judah before Judah got caught. Montiel was getting out-boxed and losing every round until he got the left hook in finally.

nope, the fight you're referring to was technically above 118 in a non title bout so your statement fails.
also, montiel would break hasegawa's jaw again in a rematch
