"Ross has for the last month been telling me Haymon was working very, very hard to get the agreement done with Floyd. " - Arum

HAHA, hilarious image of Floyd's manager desperately trying to persuade him to man up and fight Manny

Top Rank promoter Bob Arum's deadline of 3 a.m. ET came and went Saturday with no response from Floyd Mayweather Jr. about whether he would accept the terms for a Nov. 13 fight with Manny Pacquiao.

I just showed him that Oscar said that he was misquoted, and Schaefer immediately retracted on what Oscar said. And that was published here to BoxingScene.

WHAT WERE THE TERMS IF NEGOTIATIONS ACTUALLY TOOK PLACE?

Dumb ass, Floyd's silence is as defeaning as your noise. Read my last post. Arum conveyed the terms to Haymon, via Greenburg, and Haymon was working on Floyd to get the deal done. Floyd simply didn't sign. He hasn't said a word because he can't possibly defend not signing the fight. Most likely the terms include a 14 day cut off (previously acceptable to Floyd, any defence of his 'the offer is off the table' stance is not a boxing fan) and a fair split (50-50, previously agreed to). It is unceasingly depressing to see a so-called boxing fan defend Floyd not wanting to fight the best fighter in the world.

don't give a fuck what Pac PPV buys are
Pac will be fighting again, Floyd will be "retiring" again
          not interested in Cotto rematch
Tony gets a shot to redeem himself
          that fight will be exciting
wanted Pac-Floyd most, but it's not happening
          that's Floyd's fault

Are you really that dumb to call others dumb when he said he negotiated through a liaison to mitigate tensions? Negotiations did take place and Floyd and Ellerbe don't have to be present, all Hymon needs is the requirements per Floyd and Ellerbe and Arum must produce a contract that satisfies those requirements. A sufficient contract was produced and Floyd did not sign.

LOL, you die hard Floyd fans and avid Pacquiao haters are really reaching for excuses to defend Floyd and defame Pac when in reality, Floyd just does not want to fight for some reason. This whole "Arum played them like a fiddle" routine is so lame and unedified that it makes the people saying it sound like jealous, angry little kids IMO. Roger going to trial may be a reason not to fight but he was trained by his father (who is not going anywhere) for a large part of his career.

Floyd has ruined his image and is going to be crucified in the media for a long time because of this.

Great post, people want to talk about the facts yet only give accusations...why can't they see the obvious? Instead it is easier to conjure up conspiracy theories and blame Arum and "dumb *******s" for Floyd not signing......lol the irony

Signing what? Last I checked Manny is the one who failed to sign in March for 50/50 and 14 days. Now he failed to put forth a realistic proposal to get Team May's attention. Dude probably tried to get the old expired terms from March. Manny could've signed months ago guess what he didn't. Blatant Duck!

LOL.....talking about March and here we are in July and your are right man, Arum prolly lied to the public and said Haymon was doing something that he wasn't doing and said he reached a favorable agreement when he didn't and gave Floyd a deadline for no reason and Floyd had nothing to really sign.

I'm sure all that happened and I'm sure Floyd allowed himself to look like a chicken and remained silent for no reason either, lol............................................... .................................................. .......................................the earth is flat too
