He's more of a threat to Pacquiao then both Cotto and Margarito. Your point?

Pacquiao fighting an undefeated young and hungry fighter wouldn't be an attraction? Give me a break Arum don't wanna lose his cash cow.
Good points, those were free HBO fights. Paul Williams even a small Showtime infomercial that ran for a while, in between movies. So the casual fan was allowed to see him there. I still have to honestly believe, that Paul Williams any day of the week sells more tickets than Joshua Clottley. Because the fans know they will get their money's worth. Not to mention, he beat Margarito!! In my opinion he deserves a shot at the big names at 147 or 154.

How much more respect can Manny really gain. He destroyed Barrera when no one gave him a chance and has established himself in such matter than the top 3-6 WW are considered easy work for him when just two years ago people would have laughed at the thought of Manny beating Cotto, Margarito and Mosley.

What point is there in facing Williams or Martinez at 154 when they have no belt?

Again, belts don't mean a thing. I put more value on who's holdin' the belt. This doesn't change the fact that both Martinez and Paul Williams are more respectable opponents then Cotto and Margarito.

Because he will more than likely get more respect by beating Paul Williams at 147, than anybody else other than Mayweather. I think he gets more respect for beating Williams at 147 than Margarito at 154. That is my opinion of course.

What is the point in going up to 154 to face Martinez or Williams? Where is the reward in that? We have already seen him rise up into higher divisions and dominate. From a Flyweight beating a top 5 ATG Featherweight, to that same guy hopping up in weight and dominated 2 top 5 WW's. So again what does beating a belt less Williams or Martinez prove? Now I would love for Manny to fight Martinez in a year or two at 160 (if that is even possible) but Manny has just gotten to WW and fought at 130 just 2 years ago.

Cool. Personally I think it's a waste of time for Manny to fight Willliams at 147 next because all we will hear is Williams is weight drained, or why didn't Manny fight him at 160 since his last 3-4 fights were there. Let Williams beat a top guy at 147 first so we know he is still good at that weight before we talk about a fight with Manny.

                      Dude,

What kind of fucking question is that?! Are you serious man? **** Mayweather is beltless and? I mean since when does the belt make the fighter? There is no challenge in rematching Cotto and facing Margarito; no challenge at all. Beating Paul Williams or Martinez at 154 is a bigger feature then beating both Cotto or Margarito. That's not even an opinion, that's factual. Belts don't mean a thing man, **** we have 2 title holders at 147 and I don't even know their names.
