Notice he didnt give any excuses to NOT fight floyd. It looks like he's spent more time in the past year trying to make this fight happen than anyone else, including GBP, mayweathers, Haymon, etc.

He actually peddled off excuses for floyd to not fight Manny.

Just like Pac tried to pathetically try to make Floyd duck him with the 10 million dollar over limit penalty. Why would Manny add the 10 million penalty during the middle of the OST deal when he wasn't going to agree on testing? (Think about it. Floyd asking Pac if he is going to agree on testing. Pac then says " well will you agree on a 10 million dollar penalty". Floyd say's "sure". Manny then say's well am still not agreeing to testing.) Doesn't that sound childish? Manny didn't want to face OST and tried to make Floyd run, but it didn't work. Manny was the one who walked. Now Arum is pulling his BS with a so called contract which Manny hasn't even signed and is now making up excuses for Floyd walking when we don't even know what the contract is.
