bob arum should be commended for trying to make the fight. he exhausted available avenues to make the agreement even thru Ross Greenburg (HBO), the executive of the one which telecasts fights and 24/7 series. even they wanted the fight to happen that they bypassed GBP, which botched the first negotiation. bob went on to reach out to the same person who he thinks floyd listens to, Al Haymon, but to no avail. Floyd doesnt really want to fight manny, accept that, nobody can do anything about it, even al haymon. we should not blame floyd, he doesnt care what people thinks, even what his fans feels. he only cares for PBF. thats a fact, hes the one who said that. so accept it, he doesnt want to fight pacquiao, dont blame him, leave him alone, hes got enough. you also have your own fears..

Lets not jump to conclusions just yet. We know after negotiations were over the first time around, Arum released a statement putting all the blame on Floyd. Then the man who was the mediator released a statement saying that most of what Arum said was fabricated.
Arum spoke to Greenburg and Haymon. Neither of these men are promoters. But Arum said before that he and Schaeffer were negotiating. DLH said a deal was almost done.
There are a lot of lies being thrown out to us, and a lot of things going on behind the scenes. When it's all said and done, I don't think the blame lies on Floyd or Pac. But we do want answers from someone. So damn the gag order Mayweather come out and say something.

When Bob Arum first set the deadline and said he had a finished contrct he said that He and Golden Boy agreed on terms, Now it is that he negotiated with greenburg and haymon and never spoke directly to anyone in floyds camp. WTF?

Lol Arum is a smart guy, he knows if he goes negative on Floyd, Floyd will balk at any fight potentially in the future.

Roger's case is nothing more than an excuse, in an otherwise laundry list of them for the past five years. All of the excuses usually were regarding money, so now comes along a potential fight that could earn you the biggest paycheck of your life and also solidify you as a national sports figure, not just a boxing figure and the only thing you have to say is..."hey check out my espy award"....christ.

I think you are probably 100% correct on that one, Arum is being the consumate diplomat here. He is not only leaving the door open, he is leaving out the welcome mat.
