very solid win for anyone at this stage of their career, hopefully a big learning experience.

Ishe fought a really good fight too, was impressed.

      very competitive!

i like what I saw in Guerrero, but also was a little discourage, I expected Guerrero to fight to the hype that they have been building him up to be, he fights in a very close tight body, giving a problem to switch from offense to defense and vice versa. Looking forward to see him fight again.

Great fight im glad i stayed up but i do have my doubts about guerrero against the real middleweights. You have to remember that ishe is a true 154lbs fighter as was walker ,duran and the rest of his opponents. The big guys at middle weight will put him down and keep him down. Ishe gets the thumbs up for his effort tonight.

I really like how Guerrero fights, good body movement, good power, consistent workrate, and great reflexes. I think about the 3rd or 4th round i saw him backing up into ropes allowing Ishe to throw a couple body/head combos but used it to counter him showing some really good boxing skills. He does take too many shots to my liking tho...

Man, Ishe can't catch a break can he!? I like the dude but he keeps losing all his significant fights.

After all those low blows on the hip Guerrero took, what he did was nothing short of impressive. Ishe constantly hit him on or below the hip, and should've gotten more than 1 point taken away. It would've been smart to, but Fernando didn't even complain.

I guarantee most other prospects would've folded against the Smith we saw tonight, not only a reinvigorated, punch throwing version, but allowed to land repeated hip shots where he occasionally picked up their trunks.

This fight told me that Guerrero has a lot of heart, toughness, and stamina for days. He wouldn't have been as tired as he was, if it weren't because of the low blows and he still outthrew Ishe. 2-6 were clear Guerrero rounds with 7-8 were the only clear Smith rounds with the 1st, 9th, and 10th being able to go either way.

This gift and robbery **** is absurd.

The only thing absurd is that this kid is actually a middle weight contender i mean he hasnt even fought a real middle weight yet and a 154lbs light hitter in ishe almost knocked him out! This kid will be koed by any real middle contender.
